How to Enable Paya ACH for Your Merchants

iPOSpays enables merchants to accept ACH payments from their customers. In addition to Vericheck, iPOSpays also supports Paya ACH. Before enabling Paya ACH for a merchant, the merchant must be registered with Paya and provided with the required ACH IDs. This document explains how to enable Paya ACH for your merchants in the iPOSpays portal so they can accept ACH payments processed through Paya.

Supported Platform

  • Payment Terminals (Send Payment Link)

  • CloudPOS (Pay Now, Send Payment Link, and Generic Hosted Payment Page)

  • iPOS Transact API

  • Hosted Payment Page API

  • Freedom to Design.js

  • Recurring Payments API

  • WooCommerce iPOSpays Payment Gateway Plugin (Embedded Mode and Redirect)

  • iPOSgo! App (iOS and Android) (Send Payment Link)

Prerequisites

  • Your ISO account must have Paya ACH enabled. Contact your Dejavoo Relationship Manager to request access.

  • The merchant must be registered with Paya.

  • Paya must provide the following IDs:

    • WEB ID

    • TEL ID

    • PPD ID

    • CCD ID

Enable Paya ACH

  • Log into the iPOSpays portal using your ISO credentials.

  • Go to Merchants.

  • Using the search box, locate and select the merchant. (You can also select your merchant from the Merchants list.)

  • Under the required Store, click the DBA drop-down.

  • Select Add On Features.

  • Enable the ACH Processor by turning the toggle on.
  • From the ACH Processor drop-down menu, select Paya ACH.

  • Enter the following IDs provided by Paya:

    • WEB ID

    • TEL ID

    • PPD ID

    • CCD ID

  • Click Save to apply the changes.

Enable ACH at the TPN Level

Enabling ACH at the store level alone will not allow your merchants to accept ACH transactions. You need to enable it at the TPN level as well. To do this:

  • Go to S.T.E.A.M → Edit Parameters.

  • Using the search box, locate and select the TPN.

  • Click Edit Parameter.

  • Under Transactions → Card Type, enable ACH.
  • Click Save or Save As Template.

  • Perform a parameter update on the merchant’s payment terminal for the changes to take effect.

Your merchants are now ready to accept ACH payments via Paya ACH.
