How to Enable Vericheck for Your Merchants

iPOSpays enables merchants to accept ACH payments from their customers. In addition to Paya ACH, iPOSpays also supports Vericheck. Before enabling Vericheck for a merchant, the merchant must be onboarded with Vericheck and provided with the required credentials (Client ID and Secret ID). This document explains how to enable Vericheck for your merchants in the iPOSpays portal so they can accept ACH payments processed through Vericheck.

Prerequisites

• Your ISO account must have Vericheck enabled. Contact your Dejavoo Relationship Manager to request access.

• The merchant must be onboarded with Vericheck and have a Client ID and Secret ID.

Enable Vericheck

• Log into iPOSpays portal using your ISO administrator credentials.

• Go to Merchants.

• Using the search box, locate and select the merchant.

• Under the required Store, click the DBA drop-down.

• Select Add On Features.

• Enable the ACH Processor by turning on the toggle.

• From the ACH Processor drop-down menu, select Vericheck.

• Enter the Client ID and Secret ID provided by Vericheck.

• Click Save to apply the changes.

Enable ACH at the TPN Level

Enabling ACH at the store level alone will not allow your merchants to accept ACH transactions. You need to enable it at the TPN level as well. To do this:

• Go to S.T.E.A.M → Edit Parameters.

• Using the search box, locate and select the TPN.

• Click Edit Parameter.

• Transactions → Under Card Type, enable ACH.

• Click Save.

• Perform a parameter update on the merchant’s payment terminal for the changes to take effect.

• Your merchants are now ready to accept ACH payments via Vericheck.
