For ISOs
1. Accessing Multiple Applications
There are two types of applications you can use on DVStore:
Anchor App (In-House Applications)
The Anchor App is the primary payment application installed on a merchant’s terminal (TPN), such as DvPay, DvPayLite, or DPP. It serves as the main interface for processing transactions.
-
Contact your Dejavoo executive to assign the anchor application for your merchant’s payment terminal. The application will then be assigned at the payment terminal level based on its serial number..
-
Merchants can switch between DvPayLite, DvPay, and DPP.
-
When a merchant selects a new Anchor App, the previous one is automatically uninstalled to make space for it.
-
Installation occurs automatically after device reboot.
Value Add App (Third-Party Applications):
-
ISOs can assign third-party apps to merchant TPNs alongside the primary payment app.
-
Assigned apps install automatically or can be accessed from DVStore → Value Add App.
2. How to Assign Value Added Apps
Value Added Apps are third-party applications listed and distributed via DVStore for Dejavoo Android P and QD terminals.
ISOs can request these applications through their Dejavoo executive and assign them to merchant terminals.
Steps to Assign:
-
Contact your Dejavoo executive to have the third-party application added to your ISO account.
-
Once approved and uploaded, you can assign it to merchant TPNs in one of two ways:
-
S.T.E.A.M → Edit Parameters
-
DVStore → Value Added Apps
Assigning Value Added Apps via “Edit Parameters”
-
Log in to the iPOSpays portal using your ISO account.
-
Navigate to S.T.E.A.M → Edit Parameters.
-
Search for and select the specific POS TPN.
-
Click Add/Manage App.

- Choose the desired third-party applications.

- Click Update to save changes.

- After adding the app, the assigned apps will be visible under Add/Manage App. It also shows whether the app has been downloaded or not. Click View More to get an expanded view of the app and its details.

Each app includes a “Launch on Restart” toggle. By default, the Anchor App reopens after updates, but enabling this option will instead launch the third-party app automatically after installation.

DVStore automatically checks for updates when connected to the network.
-
Merchants are notified when a new version is available.
-
The update can be performed automatically within 24 hours or manually by selecting the Firmware Upgrade option in DVStore.

- Once installed, the terminal reboots and all assigned applications — Anchor and Value Added Apps — remain available and functional.

- Open the DVStore application on the terminal.

-
Ensure the device date, time, and network connection are correct.
-
DVStore will automatically update after sending a heartbeat to the portal.
-
Once updated, it will close and reopen, downloading the Anchor App assigned to the device’s serial number.
-
The Anchor App will open for TPN entry and parameter download.
-
If third-party apps are assigned, they can be viewed and downloaded from DVStore → Value Add App (for Gateway TPNs).

- To manually update DVStore, tap the menu icon in the top left corner → Update DVStore.

After reboot, the Anchor App and any assigned third-party applications will appear on the DVStore home screen.
5. How to Use the Anchor App
-
The Anchor App is automatically installed and does not require manual intervention from the merchant..
-
DVStore will automatically update when it detects that the device has been assigned a new application.
-
If you wish to change the Anchor App, you must request changes by contacting your Dejavoo executive.
-
Once updated, the terminal reboots and the new app appears on the DVStore home screen. The anchor app will the anchor icon ⚓ next to it.

- You can also manually update it by tapping the menu icon in the top left corner → Download Anchor App.

6. How to Use Value Added Apps on the Payment Terminal
After assignment by the ISO, merchants can access their Value Added Apps as follows:
-
Tap the menu icon on the DVStore home screen.
-
Select Check Value Add Apps.

- The assigned application will install and appear on the home screen after DVStore reboots.

If “Launch on Restart” is enabled for any app, that app will automatically open after installation instead of the Anchor App.
For ISVs who Want to List Their Applications
iPOSpays provides a Developer Integration Kit for DVStore, giving ISVs the ability to list and distribute their applications directly to merchants’ Dejavoo payment terminals. This expands your reach while providing merchants access to a broader ecosystem of tools that enhance terminal capabilities.
